Since the 1970's, our founder, Ted Nordquist, has been on a mission to make the best tasting, most natural, and most nutritious dairy alternatives made from the whole organic soybean. In 1979, Ted started a small soy foods plant near Uppsala, Sweden. From that point forward, Ted was hooked on soy and he has devoted his life to developing great tasting dairy-like soy foods. In 1994, Ted moved back to the United States with his family and began making WholeSoy yogurt. Though we are now a little bigger, and we make a full line of soy beverages, yogurts, and frozen desserts, all of our products are still developed by Ted in cooperation with food scientists and processors, as well as valuable comments from customers, friends and family members. Ted's one of a kind approach to soy is the reason WholeSoy & Co. is able to bring you and your family so many rich, creamy and irresistible soy foods.
