Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. WholeSoy yogurt (Unsweetened Plain or Vanilla)
- 1/2 c. pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. carrot juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c. ice (optional)
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Add soy yogurt and pumpkin puree to a blender.
If you prefer, juice your own apple, orange and carrot in your home juicer. For juicing you'll need approximately 1 apple of your preference (we used Fuji), half to one full orange and one small carrot.
Add the pumpkin pie spice and ice (optional). Add an optional sweetener (maple syrup or other) to your liking, although we found the fruit and vegetable juices provided just enough sweetness!
Blend on high and pulse until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass or two and enjoy!
